San Schufro black-brown Oldenburg Stallion by ( Sandro Hit / Don Schufro [ Rubinstein I]) born 2003, standing approximately 16.2 hands. Dressage horse breeding in perfection A radiant and beautiful young sire who looks bigger than he actually is. Well over-average gaits predestine him as a dressage horse for the highest demands – a world class horse is in the making! In breeding as well as sport, San Schufro has fulfilled the highest expectations. He was a premium stallion at the 2005 main NRW licensing in Münster-Handorf, took his 30-day test in 2007 in Schlieckau, placed in novice (A) and elementary (L) level test for young dressage horses and completed the requirements for licensing by qualifying for the Bundeschampionat. In 2009 San Schufro won a whole series of tests for young dressage horses in elementary (L) and medium (M) level and placed in the Final of the Bundeschampionat in the class for six-year old dressage horses after having taken a sensational second place in the qualifier for the Final. He has meanwhile progressed to advanced (S) level. A filly from his first crop was highly placed in the Final of the German Foal Championships in Lienen (6th place) and was then sold at the Elite Foal Auction in Vechta for 18,000 Euros. A colt sold at the Elite Foal Auction in Riedlingen also brought the highest price. Sandro Hit combined with Don Schufro, an internationally successful stallion in Denmark deemed Donnerhall's best son who has led the FN's predicted breeding value statistics for years, and, in the third generation, the epoch-making Westphalian stallion, Rubinstein I, results in a select concentration of the world's best dressage bloodlines. With Furioso II, Miracolo xx and Condor, it's obvious that this mare dynasty was consistenly bred for performance. A Condor daughter named Heidemei II born in 1956, San Schufro's fifth generation dam, is the starting point of this successful family. Her daughter, Heidi (by More Magic xx) is the granddam of an advanced (S) level dressage horse named Axl Rose (by Almeo) through Heidemarie (by Furioso II). However, it was daughter Heidelke (by Miracolo xx) who had even greater influence through her three daughters by the famous Anglo-Norman, Furioso II: Fiorella, Furina and Fichu. Fiorella became the dam of the Oldenburg private stallion and international show jumper, Uruguay (by Ultraschall), and through Laisy (by Luciano) she is the granddam of the advanced (S) level show jumper stallion, Almati (by A la Bonheur). Fichu was the 1979 Oldenburg Champion Mare and her daughter, St.Pr.St. Flightdancer, made a name for herself especially through her Rubinstein I daughters, St.Pr./El.St. Rubiola (the granddam of San Schufro) and St.Pr./El.St. Rien Ne Va Plus (the dam of a medium (M) level dressage horse named Weyden’s Ass by Weyden). Countless other sport horses successful in show jumping and dressage up to advanced (S) level also come from the original Odenburg mare family of Heidemei (by Ordner-Granikus-Gardolf-Günther-Ehrenfels). Licensed for Oldenburg, Westphalia and Rhineland as well as all Southern German and new German State Verbands. Breeder: Paul Schockemöhle, Steinfeld
