Relevant, Oldenburg Stallion by Rubinstein I/Rosenkavalier, born in 1991, standing approximately 16.3 hands. Striking exterior and scope, fabulous movement possibilities with plenty of freedom at the shoulder--it's all Relevant! His is the significant damline of former DLG Champion Mare, Hirtin. Salonlöwe, by Sandro, is a direct half-brother on his dam's side. After successfully passing his stallion performance test in Medingen with a score of 120 points in dressage, Relevant returned to Cappeln in the fall of 1996, where, as a consequence of his admirable rideability and willingness to perform, he has been further trained up to advanced and international level in a very short time. In 1997, as a six year old he won and placed in medium level dressage tests and was a successful participant in the 1997 German Championships. In 1998 he won the "Kleine Tour" at the CDIO Aachen and the Nürnberger Burgpokal. In 1999, among his many entries, three in Grand Prix resulted in three first places. In 2000-2001, Relevant became Best Stallion of 2001 in Zwolle, Netherlands. He gained an outstanding reputation under Lisa Wilcox at international dressage shows, winning Grand Prix freestyle in series with scores up to 79%. With Lisa Wilcox the pair achieved team silver and 5th place individual at the World Equestrian Games in Jerez. They won the German Masters in Stuttgart. Relevant is the world's best dressage stallion according to BCM World Breeding Ranking. In 2001 they again won the VTV Dressage Stallion award. Their best performances were in a Grand Prix in Oldenburg with 78.20%, 77.84% in a Grand Prix Special in Stuttgart and 82.65% in the Grand Prix in Jerez. They are in third place on the FEI's world ranking list for dressage. At shows in Germany they won € 41,936.00, increasing Relevant's life time prize money to a total of € 93,372.00.
