Quickstep HW, rare chocolate chestnut Hanoverian colt by Quaterback / Sandro Hit / Lanthan, born in 2009

Quickstep HW is an unbelievable fancy stallion prospect! He is by the famous stallion Quaterback. The absolute highlight horse in the stallion parade was the Neustadt/Dosse based 3-year old chestnut stallion Quaterback. After his undisputed victory at the 2006 Bundeschampionate, Quaterback was the talk of the town in the breeding and dressage world, but it took until his presentation at the Althengst parade to convince everyone of his extraterrestrial potential. You could think that a canter could not get any better than Florencio's, but you're wrong. Quaterback has more in store. He is uphill, superbly engaged, elastic, stunning, unbelievable, he is a dream come true.

Rider Christian Flamm just had to sit back and relax in the saddle of this super star. He's a stunner, he can walk, trot and canter. When Flamm collects Quaterback's trot, he goes into the most natural passage. What's the source of all this success? Poetin's dam Poesie. Quaterback is by Quaterman (by Quando Quando) out of Brandenburger x Brentano II. Quaterback's grand-dam is the famous mare 'Poesie' by Brentano II. Poesie is best known for her Sandro Hit daughter ,Poetin, and also the Sandro Hit sons , Samba Hits I, II, III and IV!

This exceptional moving young stallion has already started his winning ways. Paired with the talented young rider, Christian Flamm of Hessen, Quaterback galloped away from the competition at the Bundeschampionate in 2006.
He started his stallion career by being named Champion of his licensing in Neustadt/Dosse in 2005.

From the 2006 Oldenburger premium lot alone, our "number one" was completely dominant with four direct sons reaching top prices of € 450.000 and two further nephews, one of them the champion stallion. His unique performance as a producer is demonstrated once again with two highly scored national champions, putting the number of championship title-holders which he has produced up to seven. Silberaster was also distinguished as Oldenburger champion mare, Sir Donnerhall was reserve champion. The Sandro Hit son Salieri has been triumphant at World Cup level with Victoria Max-Theurer. Besides that he has produced an armada of highly successful up and coming successful young horses.

Himself a national champion and world champion, Sandro Hit is out of the brilliant elite brood mare Loretta, she produced the Reserve World Champion and Reserve German Young Horse Champion Diamond Hit and the highly elegant 1c premium stallion Royal Hit. Her sire Ramino was Stallion Performance Test Champion and later on five times Italian Champion. Welt As from the third generation is one of the most influential producers over the last years, amongst others he sired Olympic gold medallist Bonfire ridden by Anky van Grunsven.

Sandro Hit is as beautiful as an English engraving, a genial feather-light movement with brilliant results as a producer. He has yet to meet his match.

Quickstep HW is a flashy colt with long legs and lots of chrome, correct conformation and a super fine head by Quarterback out of EM Santina HW (Sandro Hit/Lanthan), born February 24th, 2009. He is just breathtaking. He is a super sweet boy and he is fascinating to watch. Really elastic and a super mover, a true stallion prospect for a special future home, athletic enough for all disciplines. We'd love to see him as a dressage and/or breeding stallion in the future, as he does not carry the D or W blood and will suit a whole lot of mares in the US.
He is out of our EM Donatella HW's dam line and she is winning 4th level with a Young Rider at the age of 7 and she won everything every year that was there to win, including being the Champion mare as a 3 year old at the Florida Hanoverian Inspection. Quickstep HW's dam is a super special mare too, she is an imported Sandro Hit daughter out of a Lanthan mare and got her Elite title as a three year old already, stunning in dressage as well as jumping. She is a total sweetheart.

Santina HW's full sister passed her mare performance test with a total score of 8,13 with 9 for rideability! This result is another mile stone in the strong foundation of our mares. Lanthana (EM Santina HW's dam and EM Donatella HW's granddam) has now produced 6 mare performance tested direct daughters with super scores and four out of the six had 8,0 or better! What a very strong dam line - wow! The dam line is famous for being super ride able, willing and successful.
