Sandro Hit absolved his stallion performance test in Medingen in 1997 and in 1999 he became federal champion six-year old dressage horses as well as world champion juvenile horse in Arnheim. He has meanwhile been trained up to advanced class. Right from the outset, Sandro Hit set standards not only in sport, but also in breeding. His first crops of foals are convincing by their exceptionally aesthetic imprint of type as well as their outstanding motions. His son Sandrit was the 1999 approval winner in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, while Sommerhit was runner-up in Berlin-Brandenburg and Sandro Ace became vice-champion in Oldenburg . Sunny Boy in turn, was awarded a premium in  Oldenburg, whereas Sommeliere likewise was approved in Oldenburger in 1999. In the year 2000, Sandro Hit made the headlines once more: His Brandenburg bred daughter Poetin won the Federal Championship of three year old mares and geldings under Hans-Heinrich Meyer zu Strohen. A number of his offspring attained peak prices at different German auction sites, including his daughter Starlet, who at DM 140,000 was the top lot of the collection of broodmares at the 2000 Vechta spring auction. On top of that, two Sandro Hit progeny were awarded the desired status “approved” at the  Oldenburg   approval, as well as at the NRW approvals. In 2001 he sired the Federal champion and two vice champions.

Santiago is the full brother the famous breeding stallion San Schufro. A radiant and beautiful young sire who looks bigger than he actually is. Well over-average gaits predestine him as a dressage horse for the highest demands – a world class horse is in the making! In breeding as well as sport, San Schufro has fulfilled the highest expectations. He was a premium stallion at the 2005 main NRW licensing in Münster-Handorf, took his 30-day test in 2007 in Schlieckau, placed in novice (A) and elementary (L) level test for young dressage horses and completed the requirements for licensing by qualifying for the Bundeschampionat. In 2009 San Schufro won a whole series of tests for young dressage horses in elementary (L) and medium (M) level and placed in the Final of the Bundeschampionat in the class for six-year old dressage horses after having taken a sensational second place in the qualifier for the Final. He has meanwhile progressed to advanced (S) level.

  Santiago ’s damline is by Don Schufro/Rubinstein. Don Schufro hardly needs an introduction to dressage breeders across the world.  He has led the FN 5 years running for most important dressage producing stallion. His competition results are equally impressive. In21006, Don Schufro won the Grand Prix
in Bremen and the World Cup qualifier at Vilhelmsborg, had several high placings at the shows in Neumuenster, Bremen, Lingen, CHIO in Aachen
and at the German Masters in Stuttgart. He was the dressage winner in the material test in Adelheidsdorf , Germany , with 154.93 points.

His sire, Donnerhall is a legend in warmblood breeding circles. He had several Grand Prix winds, including a team Gold at the
World Championships in Rome in 1998. In 1997, Donnerhall was named Stallion of the Year in Germany . Don Shufro's dam's sire, Pik Bube I, was also an ingternational dressage stallion with 11 victories in S level dressage within one season. The combination of Donnerhall and Pik Bube has produced top quality dressage horses. Don Schufro's dam, Fiesta, is sister to Fantasia who is the dam of the famous stallions Don Primero.

Santiago is a horse of unbelievable quality and super fancy mover. He has the elasticity everybody is looking for. He has a free shoulder, a huge grundschwung and swings nicely through his back. This extremely talented stallion has international potential. He is dark bay and beautiful. He is a very sweet gentleman that has a quiet nature and the talent to do it all. He is very rideable and trustworthy. The girl in the video loves to ride him and can’t wait to get on his back as often as possible.
