Legend, chestnut Hanoverian gelding by Lauries Crusador xx/Argentan/Duden II, born 2005, standing approximately 16.1 ¾ hands. Legend
is a charming boy all around. He is stunning to look at, sweet and cuddly and he
shows a very good character. His nerves seem to be excellent for such a young
boy and he is easy to manage in the barn and under saddle. With nice gaits, he
will be the perfect prospect for somebody looking for a special horse. He is
very well started and on his way to dressage horse classes with the proper
training. He could be the ideal amateur horse for a lady or a young rider with
the potential for more. Dr. Ludwig Christman said the following about Lauries
Crusador’s qualities and his stamp: "He improves the frame of the
horse. He puts on the long legs that we like, and the big shoulders that we hope
for. What is also very important is the rideability of his offspring. They are
very good in their mind, very co-operative, also good for collection. They have
good movement and they are really trainable so the movement gets better under
saddle." In addition, Lauries Crusador xx was proclaimed Hanoverian
Stallion of the Year 2006 at the 2006 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing in Legend’s
dam sire Argentan, was one of the most important founding sires of the modern
Hannoverian. He
is willing and learning very fast. Legend is very well mannered and a total
gentleman searching the right new owner for a successful carrier in the show
ring. He is suitable for all kinds of disciplines, including but not limited to
dressage, hunters or jumpers. We expect him to do well in what ever he’ll do.
He stands quiet for the farrier, loads and does everything you ask him to do.
