Festival HW is a young star who knows how to impress due to his type, movement and character. His sire Flatley is owned by Isabell Werth, she had discovered him as a foal.

This fascinating stallion was, with Isabell Werth was in the saddle, highly successful at the International Dressage Show. In previous years, Flatley had put his exceptional skills to the test already: In 2008 he was nominated for the VTV Championships at the NRW main in Munster. In 2009, he qualified for the National Championships. "He has good approaches to serious lessons, is willing to work and has a great character," says Isabell Werth. His first foal crop brought the former state champion and one approved son. His foals have been decorated several times with gold and achieved top prices at auctions. The first offspring under saddle are already victorious in young horse tests.

The competition genes are in the blood, Flatley is by the famous Fürst Piccolo, a 100 Day Performance Test Winner! Fürst Piccolo's sire Fidermark was the vice champion of the NRW approvals in 1994 and won the Warendorf state stallion performance test with a big margin in 1995. Further successes followed in 1996. He dominated the "Optimum of Westphalian Riding Horses" sovereignty in Munster . He also became the Buneschampion in his home town of Warendorf . He then went on to win the LVM stallion championship in Munster Handorf. He has had many wins in the Prix St George and Intermediaire I under Marlies Van Baalen and he is trained by Johann Hinnemann. In 2003 he made his debut successfully at Grand Prix.

His first foal crops produced sensational foals. They dominated the Westphalian Foal shows and the NRW elite foal auctions. In 1998 his first approved son Fein Sinn won the 100 day test, the first of several including the impressive moving Fürst Piccolo. He has over 15 licensed sons and many state premium mares to his credit already. He is a sire who will dominate German breeding for many years to come. He is ranked highly on the FN breeding values list. The dam sire Mephistopheles, a son of the Trakehner Mackensen derives from a Romadour II mare, establishing a blood connection to the paternal side via Rheingold. Mephistopheles sired the performance test winner Jacquare. Rembrandt in the third generation was a performance test winner with Trakehner blood.

Fürst Piccolo was a premium stallion at the NRW main approval in 1999 and won the 100 day test in 2000 with high scores. He is an amazing moving stallion and his first few foal crops have dominated the Westphalian elite foal auctions.

Festival HW's dam is by the famous stallion Grosso Z, he is known to be a performance sire and to produce versatile offspring with a very handable temperament and personality.

Grosso Z also has some show record of his own and placed himself in dressage up to S-level and show jumping up to M-level next to his breeding carreer.

Grosso Z:

Festival HW is an elastic mover with lots of schwung and a free shoulder as well as a very good rhythm and balance, the perfect FEI horse. His under saddle work was carefully started in 2011, he is doing really well, already at 2nd level and his ride ability is just amazing. He is a real diamond in the rough.

He is willing, forward without being hot and has an outstanding character with a really sweet demeanor. Festival HW will just need to look at you with his soft eyes and you are in love. He is ridden by a young rider as of now and will suit a young rider, adult amateur and has the gaits to impress professionals as well.

The judges will love him due to his expression and "show me" attitude, take him to shows and collect your ribbons. He is fun all around and easy to manage in the stall. He is in daily training and progressing really nicely. He will enable you to fulfill your dreams with all his abilities.

With this outstanding pedigree, all genes for a successful career under saddle are given. Pretty is, what pretty does? Well, this boy has it all!

Festival HW has an outstanding walk, a super canter and a great rhythm and schwung in his trot with an elegant technique. He has a strong motor and a free shoulder, he is very impressive in his movements and he has the look at me attitude which will grab the attention from onlookers and judges alike.

He is the modern type with an outstanding confirmation and comes in a pretty color and definitely the looks of a stallion (even as he is a gelding!). His exterior as well as his interior could not be any better.

He knows how to be cross tied, he loves to get a shower, goes in the hot walker and enjoys his time in the solarium. He is an all around dream horse for the ambitioned rider. Festival HW is a true gentleman so to speak.

He is sweet, cuddly, thrives for attention and has the quality stars are made of as well as a super pedigree, what more could you ask for? He is the partner you were looking for all along!

X-rayed!
