Flashdance, chestnut Oldenburg gelding by Fürst Heinrich/Andiamo, born in 2004, standing approximately 16.3 hands. Flashdance is by the famous
sire Fürst Heinrich. Fürst
Heinrich is a Westphalian bred stallion by Florestan I out of Dawina (by
Donnerhall x Weinberg). He was bred by Heinrich Ramsbrock from Menslage,
Germany. As a two-year old, Fürst Heinrich was presented at the 2000 Westfalian
stallion licensing and became a premium stallion. Gestüt Sprehe purchased the
black stallion in the after-sales. In 2001, Fürst Heinrich won the 30-day
Stallion Test at Munster/Handorf. In 2003, he became World Young Horse Champion.
At the 2005 Westphalian "Vorauswahl" (the pre selection for the
auction), 19 Fürst Heinrich offsprings were presented and seven were accepted
for the licensing. So this is strong competition blood and highly sought after
bloodlines. Flashdance
is a very elegant type. He is well behaved and very ride able and willing. No
wonder with his athletic build and heritage! He is a very chic horse, easy to
handle and manage. His movement is super and he has a great trot mechanic and a
good motor as well as enough energy to push through the levels with ease. He
will be the star at horse shows or clinics and the judges will remember him. He
is already nicely muscled up and has a super neck to him with a pretty face. He
is easy at the bit and light and forward to ride. He loads, stands for the farrier and loves his one on one time with his handler. He is a fast learner and always picks up the next day, where he left off the day before. He is at Training Level right now and was started very correctly and he is going well under saddle. He will be fun to ride and to bring up the levels. We love his type and expression. With more proper training, he will learn to sit more and his gaits will even get bigger. He is a really sweet boy waiting for his new mom to take him home. Please contact Irene: Irene@HWfarm.com
